Junior Dirt Buggies

Why not let the kids do the driving for a change in one of our junior dirt buggies.

These dirt buggies are built for the junior driver to have a safe, fun time on our purpose built junior dirt buggy track as well as our junior dirt buggy safari.

All drivers must be at least 7 years of age and at least 4' 5" tall to take part. If in doubt, please contact us.

Junior Dirt Buggy Circuit

For  the  younger  drivers, aged 7 to 10 years,  we have our  dedicated  dirt  buggy circuit. A steady introduction  to dirt buggies, as well as  some  mud, is what  this track has to offer. A maximum of two  dirt buggies  at a  time  on the track  should ensure  that  this doesn't  turn  into the dirt buggy equivalent of the M25 at rush hour.

10 minute session - £10.00 per junior dirt buggy

For the slightly older drivers from the ages of 10 to 15 we can offer either our junior dirt buggy safari or our junior dirt buggy slalom course.

Junior Dirt Buggy Safari

On  our  junior  dirt buggy  safari, our junior  drivers  will  first undertake  a few laps  of our junior dirt buggy  circuit to get the feel  for their dirt buggy  before they  follow their  marshal on  our  junior dirt buggy safari. This is a less demanding version of our adult dirt buggy safari, but still includes lots of challenges to test their driving ability.

10 minute session - £12.50 per junior dirt buggy

20 minute session - £20.00 per junior dirt buggy

Junior Dirt Buggy Slalom Course

New for 2010 we are  pleased to offer  our newly extended junior  dirt  buggy  driving slalom course. This  is a  single  buggy  event in  which  each participant  is  given two  attempts  to complete the course. The first run is to gain experience of driving the buggy and to learn the  course, the  second run is the important scoring round.

Time  is  not  of  the  essence  as  points  are  awarded or  deducted for  skill, or  lack  of  it as the drivers  negotiate a number of hazards  including  humps  and hollows, the slalom section, see saw and even a  balance beam. The  driver with  the best  score  from the  group wins  a medal for their trouble.

Minimum of 4 drivers - £10.00 per person

Parents please be aware that driving our junior dirt buggies may involve getting dirty !
Sensible clothing for the activity as well as a change of clothing for afterwards is advised.
